I guess it depends on what staff is working went to this shop twice as it was treated very reasonable, on the third occasion it was the different staff member a young woman, who tried to lowball me as if I was some type of addict or something. Now I won't be returning.
I recently saw an item on Facebook sales from cash converter, I gave them a call and they referred me to their website where I purchased the item which was posted the next day and received the following day. Their response on the phone was friendly, helpful and quick. In addition to which the price of the item was very good value 10/10 Many thanks
Have never had a bad experience buying or selling here apart from one time dealing with new staff member. Think she was trying to make an impression so can be forgiven. Fair prices given depending on how much stock they have in and if they have room, with it being quite a small shop. Sometimes being paid more than expected. Depends on the day. Treat the staff with respect and they offer the same in return.
I spoke with the workers regarding a product I wanted to sell. I was told the price I would receive and then when I took the product in they were rude and offered me a much lower price, not sticking to their previous price. They are also very rude, I heard them at the back laughing at the new price they were offering me. I would not recommend selling your products with them as they will only offer you the lowest of low prices even if they said something else a few days earlier. You are better off going somewhere else.
This shop stereotype people, If you look poor and homeless they will offer to you 10 pounds even if your product value is more then 1000 pounds
Bought a tablet which which had no accessories so after buying the tablet I went on to purchase accessories of up to £33 when I went home the tablet was blocked when I came to cash Converters they said they can't do nothing I have to pay extra to take another one very terrible service please be aware when you buy your stuff from the shop otherwise you'll have to fork out more money
Have used this store quite a bit throughout the lockdowns. The guys there are always really helpful, conscientious and pleasant. Best CashConverter’s (or comparable store) that I’ve ever been to. Highly recommended…
I and my partner have been customers for 10 years at your hammersmith branch. And in all that time the two staff you have in store, at the moment have been by far the best thing that has made your company a pleasure to come and do business with... Saad and John have helped me by goods in fact all my goods have come though there help and support . They have always helped me with buyback service and made sure my account with the hammersmith branch was always good. As they make one feel like a human... and especially my partner who is disabled . Its very rare these days to find staff who belive in customer sevice. I was very sad to hear that they were thinking of leaving. Having had shops myself i know how important it is to have quallity staff members. As i speak for others when I say this .. it is always a pleasure to come and see the two for a chat, to buy goods and use the buyback service. I would just like to thank them both for looking after my partner and myself month through month. If you need cash on your goods to sell or buy back, hammersmith is the store.
