   Highly recommend Francis! He made buying our first home so much easier. We didn’t really know anything about the home buying process, but Francis explained everything clearly and guided us through each step. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made everything much more manageable by taking care of all paperwork on the bank side. We would have been lost without his advice.    We had such a positive experience with Aine- she explained everything so clearly, was really knowledgeable and also has a great sense of humour! Aine was so patient despite several changes of plan and did her best to minimise any running/effort from us. She kept me updated on everything and would always reply to me on email no matter what I asked her . 5 years later when we needed to update our fixed rate she was very helpful always keeping in contact and answering any questions we had.
