   Sorted my 30 year old JVC hi-fi audio system which had stopped powering up. The problem was diagnosed quickly and didn't cost a fortune to fix. Everything was very organised from start to finish and staff were helpful. The place was easy to find and there is on site parking. A collection and return service is available if required. In my opinion a very useful service which extends the life of electrical items that might otherwise be scrapped.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible company! If John Lewis send you here do not accept it and insist they send your repairs elsewhere! The customer service agent i spoke to was extremely rude unhelpful and purposely awkward. They have had my report for weeks but have not sent it to John Lewis or lg which has caused weeks and weeks of delays! If you are looking for a repair company do not use these!

   Friendly enough guys, but overpriced for what you get. I was charged a £60 call-out fee after clearly explaining beforehand that the TV had no power and it was likely a power supply board issue. The technician arrived, pressed the power button on the TV and the remote, confirmed there was no power (exactly as I’d said), and then left. That was it. To make matters worse, they later quoted me over £300 for the repair. I sourced the part myself on eBay for £69.39 and replaced it without any trouble. Honestly, the whole experience felt like a waste of time and money. Avoid this company, I’m certain there are better options.

   I recently had my amplifier repaired. The price they quoted was very fair. Rather disappointing it developed exactly the same fault..so I called they were very friendly and prompt. I asked them to refund, as I needed a reliable product, they did not hesitate and agreed. A very respectable family firm with great service.

   It was the reviews that gave me the confidence in these guys, and I am so glad I had my 50 inch Samsung TV repaired here. A power surge killed the TV which was only 2 years old. I explained the problem over the phone and was given a best and worst case quote immediately, so I swiftly took the TV to them. It only took a week to order and replace the main board, which I must add was replaced with a genuine Samsung OEM part, not a refurb or a third party board. My TV is now in fully working order, and in the exact same condition as when it went in. Not a scratch, not a mark anywhere. Thank you so much to the whole team, you have a great business there and the best customer care. Thank you. Paul.

   I can't fault the expertise and professionalism these guys showed in my monitor repair. As soon as Samsung transferred the case to them to handle, they were on the ball and asking for all the info they needed to repair my monitor. They clearly know what they're doing and took real care in making sure the monitor didn't damage anything (it's large). Would 100% use them again.
