Excellent service, took my shark vacuum of 5 years old to be repaired here, was completely fixed within 24 hours even issues i did not know the vacuum had. Fair price too. Highly recommended.
Can't rate highly enough. The guy fetched my Hetty hoover and brought it back next day. New motor fitted, reasonable cost and a year's guarantee. Would definitely use again. Thanks so much.
Thought I would support local retailer, but turned out a waste of time and petrol. Wanted a spare filter for Vax hoover. He sold me a second-hand one for £14,99. Fortunately it was the wrong one. I returned it, he said he would have to order one. On the 3rd visit he said "No way, it's obsolete, don't make them any more!" Gave me a refund but I ordered one straight from Vax for £14.99! Don't trust him, very patronising and can't be bothered attitude. Wondering if this is the same man who dealt with those 5 star reviewers?
Must be the worst service I have had in a very long time. I totally think he robbed me. He asks for money upfront and then doesn’t produce the goods not even a month later I’m totally unhappy with what I experienced Even after giving him the opportunity, things did not improve, and I’ve now given up, not even an apology. Very patronising and rude. Gets 2 stars because he seems to be an expert in his field but the 2 times I've been I've walked out feeling like why did I hand money over to someone who clearly hates their customers?
Went to get a Dyson V10 trigger as mine broke. The chap had the part for £4.99, some would say reasonable… but the service was utter rubbish. Rude is an understatement…he was on the phone constantly, spoke to me with a patronising tone, and to top it off… I asked him if he could fix the trigger and how much if so… he said ‘’there is no way I am going to do it… it’s too much hassle and too difficult’’…. I recommend you remove your sign that says ‘Specialise in Dyson’ Infact, take the whole sign down. Then he went to challenge me further… He said ‘good luck trying to fix it, I couldn’t even do it’ Well guess what.. One YouTube video some screwdrivers later and …. I fixed it within an hour… and I’m no ‘Dyson Specialist’ If anything from this review, please be considerate to your future customers and don’t underestimate them, and try get off your phone when a customer walks in
I contacted them for our Dyson to be fixed as isn’t wasn’t working properly. Was given a price of £110 and that would include a service on the vacuum, told them I’ll leave it as a new hoover would only be £200 and the one that has broke is 13 years old. The guy sounded peed off that we’d said no and was trying to barter with me, I said no but obviously we’d be more than happy to pay for any labour time we owe. He was so rude and ignorant on the phone and also was when he dropped it off. I as a customer can decide whether I want something fixing or not. Do not bother going to this company, steer clear and go to someone who treats their customers with respect
Very disappointed. We were told the repair would be £45, debated if we should buy a new one but he said it was well worth repairing so we did. A few days later we went back because you could smell the belt burning and it was very difficult to push, he told us it needs new bearings and belt, another £20! It’s still very hard to push, a waste of £65 in total!
