Called Navin this morning & he answered immediately. Showed up a few hours later, identified the problem & despite it not being exactly a plumbing related issue, he still provided a temporary fix to tide me over for a few months until I can sort it. Thanks so much for your help again.
Navin and Kush arrived at the time agreed and set to work immediately. Confirmed source of leak underneath cistern and replaced burst flexible metal pipe with plastic one. Worked quickly and left everything tidy. Refitted bath panel which I had removed while searching for leak. Gave me good advice re turning off water at stopcock if going on holiday, in case of similar reoccurrence which otherwise would result in major flooding. Very reasonable charge for their work. Can thoroughly recommend this firm.

I decided to call this company after reading the five-star reviews. I was not disappointed, they arrived only a few hours after I had rung them to request they come out to check my faulty boiler.
