I called the guy at this place as i had an issue (black shadow top to bottom in one area of the screen) and they came next day to collect it. They explained what the issue was with it and the price to repair (which i was more than happy to pay). About an hour after they had collected it they called me and told me that the version of the tv i had was the more expensive one that would cost more than the tv was worth meaning it wasn’t worth repairing as i could buy a new one for about the same price. They returned my tv within an hour of that phone call. They charged me nothing at all even though it cost them fuel to collect and return! Although they couldn’t repair my tv i have to say what an excellent customer service! I will recommend them to anyone who has an issue with their tv. 2 really nice guys who obviously care about their business and their customers. I WILL be using them any time i need a tv repairing. 10/10
