Called NGP for a gas leak Mohammed was fantastic he came out the same day and found and repaired the leak. He explained what was wrong in a clear and friendly manner. I would recommend him to anyone, great guy too. 10/10
Pleasant, professional and reliable. Called NGP to fix a leak issue on a Saturday afternoon following an accident at my house and after being let down by another plumber. They arrived that evening, slightly later than stated due to being held up at a previous job, but didn't mess about once they got here and promptly fixed the issue. Call out charge is on the high side compared to other firms, however these guys actually showed, unlike some others so I guess its somewhat justified. Thanks again

I've emailed this company 3 or 4 times asking for a landlords gas certificate, not one reply. Very unprofessional. I guess though that if they can't be bothered to respond to emails then they won't read this either.
My boiler packed up just before Christmas when it was absolutely freezing. £120 call out. Was here a couple of hours. He changed a couple of components then realised a pipe was frozen. I put a heater fan in the loft space and he said leave boiler off until he returns to follow it up on the Monday. This was a Friday by the way. He never showed up, never rang. I waited in all Monday and Tuesday. It's now a month gone by. Didn't even turn up for what I owed him. Well he can whistle for his £120 as I used it to pay for a proper boiler repair. Absolutely shocking service.
Nice chaps but paid £120 for them to just turn up, look at the boiler for 2mins and say it's best to replace it. Then it's been almost a month and still no quotes from them for replacement even after chasing. Contacted another specialist and all I had to do was just send them pictures of the boiler and they were able to tell me the same thing, without having to waste £120. And they were able to give me quotes right away. Wish I never called Nottingham Gas and Plumbing in the first place, not a great service in the end.
Came out same day in the evening and repaired boiler issues. Excellent value for the service. Very friendly chap. Would definitely recommend.
Were good to deal with and accommodating for the tenants of my property. Had to re-arrange original date because they had some staff off which was a bit of a faff, but they re-scheduled for a specific time we asked for a couple of days later.
