Very responsive to any work instructions, always come back to me and lets me know when a job is booked in for. Also offers an out of hours service which is invaluable. Reliable and Trustworthy.

   Very professional company. Organised the initial Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) within a few days from my initial enquiry. EICR was very thorough, as you would expect. Report was generated and returned within a few working days (as stated). When informing me of remedial work (required to pass the EICR), along with the comprehensive PDF report, I received an email with the list of failures was detailed in a bullet-point list in clear and in easy-to-understand terms. Each item was priced and made it simple and clear what was needed, no messing around. Once agreed, work was booked in and carried out within a few weeks - many thanks.

   I rang Alect due to my boiler not working and somebody was out within the hour. Unfortunately they were not able to fix the problem that night however quickly fitted me in for a boiler replacement. Everyone I came into contact with was very helpful and professional and I would highly recommend Alect to anyone!

   We had a leak coming through the ceiling and needed sorting urgently, a lovely chap turned up and solved the problem causing no damage to ceiling what so ever which was expected. He sorted the problem from above within no time at all very reasonably priced also would definitely be recommending to others
