   ICW is currently blocking our house sale and purchase because they’re not issuing the certificates even though there’s not been any issues identified. People don’t seem to be talking within the company and same details are requested multiple times. We’ve been promised the certificates for the past couple of weeks but still haven’t got them through. Doesn’t give us much hope in case we ever would have a claim.

   Property developer here... We've worked with a few different bodies for our building control and warranty needs in the past, but since finding ICW (a couple of projects ago) we won't be going elsewhere. Having the same building control body and warranty provider makes life easier and we've found their customer service to be excellent. A special thankyou to Emily on the building control side and Mike on the warranty side who have been and continue to be a massive help! We've also had some great surveyors, although we've been through a few (they differ from project to project). I can highly recommend ICW!

   Beyond dreadful. Don't use if you are a developer. Multiple officers on 1 site as they keep leaving, no consistency in messaging telling you to do 1 thing then ask for another, shocking (and I mean truly shocking) service from their plan checkers who won't speak to you, take around a week to respond and who give advice that our fire strategists called 'laughable'. Certification took around 12 weeks after they had verbally signed off the development. Having use Premier, NHBC and many others, I can comfortably say ICW is beyond horrendous.

   It's been over 3 years and ICW are still contesting my claim in relation to my new build that has failed regulatory checks and thus in order for me to be able to sell, I need to rectify the issues. It's been a stressful property purchase, made all the more difficult in recent times and ICW are completely tone deaf to my legitimate claim.
