The local representatives are extremely rude, arrogant, and obnoxious to the degree of being told that the information you provide is not realistic despite being given honest figures to your personal expenses. If it was possible to rate 5 black stars they would get 5 from me. I have been insulted and offended in my own home by the people who supposedly work for reputable company.
