   Massive thanks to Tom and Gina for helping us with our remortgage. Gina was great when setting us up at the beginning of the process and answered any questions that we had. Tom was amazing throughout the whole remortgage and always kept us informed of any updates and changes as they happened. He was always available to answer any queries we had and communication was always great. Unfortunately our first deal didn't go ahead due to an awkward lender, but Tom still went out of his way to work around this and ensure that we still completed on time within a short time frame. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ThreeSixty Mortgages to any family or friends and look forward to using them again in the near future.

   We recently dealt with Tom at Three Sixty Mortgages and we could not recommend him highly enough! For approx 11 weeks we were going back and fourth with 2 previous advisors, who informed us we could not proceed with a mortgage application until my partner was off of furlough. After being recommended to Three Sixty Mortgages by a friend, we decided to get in touch and see if there was any way they could help us...and help us they did! Within an hour the team were in touch with us and within less than 24hrs, Tom had processed our mortgage application. Around 10 days later we had our mortgage offer...despite being advised elsewhere that this was not possible! So we were extremely over the moon that Tom had managed to sort this for us, especially with such a quick turnaround! The communication was excellent and Tom was very reassuring that he could get it done for us and being first time buyers, we felt with Tom that no question was a silly question. He has helped us from start to finish and made the whole process so much easier for us despite our previous issues. Our only regret is that we didn't go to Three Sixty Mortgages sooner!
