   I have recently made two separate purchases and the staff I dealt with, Jeanette and Harvey, were both very helpful and communicated promptly. Prices were agreed and the products were dispatched and arrived quickly. The condition of both items were just as described ad these were remote purchases. I would definitely use S&R again

   First experience in a pawn shop and I was pleasantly surprised. I had some old jewellery from my grandmother that I just didn’t need and had been sitting in a drawer gathering dust. I visited Suttons & Robertson and within 5 minutes I received an appraisal and fair offer for the items. A couple hours later, after verification of authenticity, the funds were in my account. Really friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend them.

   We visited the Old Brompton Rd shop and the service was excellent. I have had appointments with other jewellers in the past about selling some jewellery and, even when the items were expensive, were invariably treated in a superior / patronising way and left feeling like they were trying to rip us off. . Here, the gentleman who served us (the manager?) was polite, charming, professional and we felt the offer he made was genuine and considered. We accepted it and the funds were in our account later that day. Rachel, the assistant manager, was also a delight. We would definitely recommend and would happily use them again.

   I e-mailed michael about a piece of jewellery in his shop. Said I was comming to london for the day and would like to view the piece. It was in the sale but the sale had ended that day but if i liked it he would Honour the sale price. I didn't get to meet him as he was out that day but i tried the jewellery piece on and didnt take it off again as it was perfect for me. I bought it and was so elated for the rest of the Day. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. I will return again when looking for another piece of jewellery. Hard to find such honourable people like michael in this day and age Gale
