   Excellent service. Very polite and helpful . Got a great price selling a ring to them so I could buy a new pendant. Ended up chatting with them for about an hour . Love their xrf tester as it’s a much better way of testing than acid testing. Very nice selection of bullion and jewellery. Will be visiting again soon

   Came in to get some advice about a locket to deal with some ashes inside and was politely directed to another jeweller in bulwell, they weren’t trying to take money pointlessly, but we asked to get a ring cleaned and it looks a lot better now. Customer service goes a long way!
