   As a Collector of coins I contacted Cresta Gems to cash in some silver coins to upgrade my collection for gold. On the day I was offered around 30% less than scrap value for a commodity that is controlled by the stock market. I could not urge more caution when dealing with this company, because if they will do this when the price is easily accessible to everyone, what will they be doing with your valuables that are harder to value?? FYI £338.20 Cresta Gems offer £235 Absolute Joke

   I recently had my white gold engagement ring resized alongside my whitegold wedding ring having a polish, the service I received was outstanding. The surface work was all that was needed, and I really appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary extras. I dropped my ring off at 2:00 PM and it was ready incredibly quickly by 4:10 PM. After five years of being worn daily, my jewelry now looks brand new! I genuinely wouldn't trust anyone else with my important rings and will definitely be returning for future polishes and any other work. I'm absolutely amazed by their efficiency and exceptional service.
