The staff hier is amazing, extremely nice and accommodating, they did anything and everything to get my purchase to me. There were issues with the shipment (none of their fault) and they helped me all the way through, regularly checking in and delivering updates as soon as there were any. I wanna especially thank Teri for being so nice, it was a pleasure writing to you! The prices are also more than fair, if I'll need any more vintage jewelry in the future, I know where to look first. The products are great don’t get me wrong but I went in to get a ring that means a lot to be resized and immediately the lady serving me dropped it on the floor and seemed to roll her eyes every time I spoke. I really was shocked at this as previously my experience with them has been fine - nice even. But being talked down to and dropping my ring on the floor and not even apologising takes the cake for me.
Teri at RPM Jewellers was wonderful in helping me find my perfect vintage ring collection. She spent around 2 hours with me (I’m so indecisive) and was so knowledgable, educating me about the history of each piece. Every piece I picked up at RPM Islington is absolutely gorgeous and always gets lots of comments and admiration.
