Easily a 5* review! The office team were amazing and got me booked in more or less straight away. Had an engineer come out this morning and fix my boiler for me and quote me for a new boiler. He quoted the same works as a previous company that came out the week before but over £1000 less! I will defiantly be using Citigas for all my boiler works in the future. Thank you

Another inconsiderate company who thinks the whole world is there personal carpark to dump their vans whereever they feel like. How about parking on your own property instead of dumping it on street where you don't live. Never used this company and never would....prefer to use companies with more consideration.

Ian our plumber did a solid job for a simple tap; but £230 for a simple, no frills out door tap! Charged £50 for the tap itself and we were charged even more than the originally accepted £180 total as the plumber spent more than two hours installing this which is a bit ridiculous for such a simple job - he even said it wouldn't take an hour to do the job when he first inspected the property, and subsequently spent 2.5 hours slowly tidying up. Feel completely milked for every penny. Would recommend going with another more honest and reasonable plumber for simple jobs.
