I’ve sold a few things and bought a few things from this particular store and to be honest they’ve always been amazing. Customer service is always fantastic. The price is are pretty good considering the current climate. They are always willing to help and I’ve always gone out their way to help me especially the manager Hayley she has been fantastic for the last couple of years. The ladies here are outstanding. The customer experience and service here is exceptional. They've always got some pieces which I'm interested in and I find them highly competitive. It's an added bonus that I trust what they're selling and they have exceptional product knowledge. Really nice place to go and highly recommend it there.
Second time to their store yesterday, sadly I don't know the lady's name who served me but she was absolutely amazing! I have difficulty finding bracelets for my wrist size and she went out of her way to find me alternatives as she didn't have any in my size. Staff are always lovely in there and big thanks to her!
Current spot price of fine 999 gold £48.60 per gram. Offered £22 per gram. I understand they have to make profit but that is a rip off. If you want a better price look elsewhere.
Cannot thank them enough. I ordered some foreign currency on a Click and Collect service. However when I went to collect yesterday the currency wasn't in due to an error. They offered me a full refund but it was a Birthday Gift. The manager offered to get the currency today and even dropped it off at my place of work for me as a gesture of good will. Thank you again, I will definitely come to you to order my currency. Great customer service in something that could have been a disaster.
