Been coming here for years and I don’t go anywhere else in Bristol. Super friendly and professional, they know what they’re talking about. Had lobes and forward helix done here years ago and now just recently got my lip done. Very quick and minimal pain. Unfortunately I developed an irritation bump after a month, pretty common and my fault not there’s. I popped back to have them check it and they did all they could helping me work out the best options to help it go down. Will always go back here and recommend to friends :)
Amazing experience every time I’ve gone to this shop. Every member of staff are very friendly and approachable. Have had many tattoos with Jon and had piercings with the three lovely piercers that work here and every time has been an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Also have a big range of jewellery for your piercing needs whether that be downsizing or customising for your personal taste and style. The best tattoo and piercing shop in Bristol , I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Absolutely brilliant experience, my first time here for a tattoo, and I can only say how friendly and professional all the staff were. Felt totally at ease with Jon who was fantastic, he explained everything and went through all the aftercare thoroughly. Dropped in to get my nose piercing changed. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and very good at what they do too. I left feeling very happy and would recommend this place to anyone. Thumbs up.
Did a telephone call today at 16.30pm to ask for the next available appointment in which I was told by Jay I could be booked in for 17.30pm. Was giving clear instructions of where exactly they were located and Jay was extremely courteous and polite. Arrived 10 mins early, and was greeted by the lovely Leanne. Leanne, I had recognised from previously working in another piercing shop years prior. She spent the time to help me find the appropriate jewellery as they had quite a few colours. All I can say from the start of the procedure to the end, was exceptional she checked throughout to make sure I was comfortable and reassured me the process of the after care. I will definitely be rebooking and adding more piercings as I was so comfortable and felt like my piercer was competent with exactly what she was doing! It was also hygienically clean and spacious. See you in a few months, just either pop in or telephone call.
Staff were very friendly from moment I entered and were very accommodating on such short notice. Place has good vibes. Pricing is extremely reasonable. I went in for a vertical labret on Friday and ended up getting 4 piercings total because i felt so comfortable. Ruby is hands down the best piercer ive had in the last decade and I can't recommend her enough.
I love this piercing place and have been here many times but asked for a “more fitted” hoop for my piercing (i should have implied i wanted a smaller hoop), the piercer swapped it for another hoop the exact same size but a thinner gauge for some reason. I wish he told me the hoop i already had in my piercing was the smallest ring they had in the shop as I paid £10 for nothing. I went back to ask about it and there wasn't anything they could help with.
Got my first tattoo here, they were really accommodating making sure I was happy before. Gave me perfect advice for care and it looks amazing
