   Called into Jinkzed today for some much needed help after having my nose pierced at another local piercing studio. ( I would like to stress that the original piercing was not carried out at Jinkzed.) The jewellery used initially was incorrect and was causing some issues for me. All the staff at Jinkzed were very kind and understanding and sorted my piercing out for me . I am very grateful to you for helping me and I'm now enjoying my new piercing. Thank you again.

   Went into Jinkzed as my piercing that I had at ANOTHER STORE (I feel it's important to state that the original piercing WAS NOT done by Jinkzed) had ingrown into my lip. The member of staff who helped me was so helpful and professional. The cleanliness was perfect even for someone who has OCD like myself. They changed the bar out for a better suited one. The original piercers put in a bar that didn't allow for swelling so without the help from Jinkzed I could have ended up with dying tissue. I will be only going to Jinkzed for my many planned piercings in the future.

   Absolutely amazing place. My septum ring had come out and could not get it back in. I was 300 miles away from home due to visiting family and my piercing would have closed but the time I got back home. The person who I saw in the shop was able to get another piece of jewellery in and even supplied me with a larger piece of jewellery to help because my nose had become quite swollen with the attempts I had had at putting the ring back in. They were very chilled and cheerful and really put me at ease. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a piercing and may even use them again for a piercing when I’m down in Chippenham again :)

   My partner and her brother went in today to get their ears pierced with Adam (Griff). It was our first time visiting this place, but we’ve had numerous tattoos done at different other places, so we know the usual type, personality etc of tattoo artists and piercers alike. Have to say, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his job and clearly loved what he did. My partner stated it’s the best place she has been for a piercing but also very well priced. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and see Griff again for any of his services.

   I had my helix badly pierced by Claire’s and I went into Jinkzed for some advice as my cartilage was shattered. They completely fixed the piercing and since it’s stopped causing me pain and agro. Was a really good positive experience and they were all very knowledgeable! Couldn’t thank them enough. Highly recommend
