   Took my daughter here for a navel piercing. Was expecting a girl called Harriet as that’s what I found online and she had good reviews. But a man (unsure of the name) pierced her. It felt very rushed and since having it done she’s has loads of problems. She folds at the belly button and research I have done suggests she should have been offered a floating navel piercing. Now she’s got a permanent hole in her tummy, we either leave it in and hope it heals or take it out and she’s left with a scar. Really unhappy. I have tried to reach out but not had a reply either. Most likely will have to go to a different place for it to be checked and to know what we should do. I just don’t see how it will heal when it is always being pushing up and irritated. Very disappointed.

   Myself and two friends visited Bath this week and decided to get some piercings. We found Harriet and instantly felt comfortable with her.. Her knowledge and experience really shone through and she didn’t rush us like so many other places would. So much so, we ended up getting 7 piercings between us! She was SO knowledgeable and patient with us. She gave her advice on placement and also healing so we could make a decision. Her studio was immaculate and she changed her gloves constantly between our piercings. I would highly recommend her and I would even make the 180mile round trip to have more piercings from her. X

   Took my daughter (6 years old) to have her ears pierced for the first time. She was quite nervous but Harriet was honestly the best. She spoke to my daughter about everything that was going to happen, making sure she was 1000% comfortable before starting. When she needed a minute Harriet was so patient with her and gave her lots of encouragement to help her get through it. On the whole the experience was lovely and couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve now got one happy daughter who can’t stop saying how lovely Harriet was.

   I’ve had 2 tattoos done by Raffi and absolutely love both of them! Raffi not only does his work efficiently and at a high standard but is extremely friendly and ensures I’m always comfortable whilst having great conversations. Would 100% recommend and I’ll definitely be back for more!!

   Extremely unprofessional and rude. I went for a tattoo and gave very detailed description along with pictures of Inspo and even sketches of my idea. I was given a design which was nothing like I asked for and then she made me feel guilty and shamed me for asking for changes. I had to get up and leave in the end due to how uncomfortable It was and after being shouted at for not wanting this tattoo I didn’t ask for. Lots of other great tattoo places in Bath. AVOID this one.

   Went here in August for a little ankle tattoo (on my very small ankles so it's tough not to take a pic where it's a little curvy lol) of a Flareon because I'm a huge Pokémon fan! Kirzo was an absolute delight to talk to and I will be asking for him again when I've saved up for a Korok design. It was my first ever tattoo and he was awesome in walking me through the process even though I'm extremely ditzy, and he designed this little dude uniquely for me! Some of the detailing on its face is so teeny tiny and perfect, I don't know how he does it. ❤️ Thank you so much again! Looking forward to my next one

   I had a nasty scar that I wanted to cover up with a tattoo. I spoke with Vanessa and together we came up with an idea. I booked my time slot. The day came and Vanessa knew her work. She seemed confident and therefore gave me confidence for her. She made sure I felt comfortable and happy with the tattoo placement and colours. Although I used tattoo numbing cream, Vanessa always made sure I didn't feel too much pain. I'm blown away by the finished product. You can barely see the scar. Vanessa is very talented and I wish she could do all future tattoos for me. She made the experience pleasant and comfortable. Vanessa even incorporated my first ever tattoo, which I appreciate. I'm so happy with my new tattoo.
