   My experience here was wonderful. The ladies here are so helpful and in addition to that, they’re just such a joy to be around! They brightened up my day by being so warm and friendly and giving VERY informative excellent customer service :) I highly recommend that if you were to visit any store - it be this one.

   Totally unhelpful, as an investor I called the store to simply enquire if the store had what I’m looking for (bullions or sovs) I was told we can’t disclose that information, I then explained I’ve been a customer for 14years and this is the first I’ve heard anyone tell me they can’t tell me if you have something I’m looking for, for sale? the advisor then said asked a colleague and said we have 1 half and 1 full, but I can’t tell you the price.. - I shared some knowledge on price of newer sovs and explained why I wanted to know, she was adamant to not tell me?! And was left with the year of the coin - 2020. I can only assume it has a premium being so new and is listed as £430. But could have been preowned and cheaper, if it was the lower bracket you missed out on a sale today, terrible customer service guys over the phone doesn’t seem like you are trying to sell anything at all in this store.

1. Hot topic Uk ★☆☆☆☆

   Normally a really good service but came in the middle of day 13:07 to be precise and the shop is closed. No note, nothing. Sat outside for an hour and no sign of life. Shutter down and no one is answering the phone. Head Office says there is no reason why they shouldn't be open but don't seem that fussed either " either there short staffed or on dinner" Huhh I need a job here, if I can just close up shop and disappear and head office don't mind.
