Purchased Dell laptop in online store with collection at physical store in person. To my dismay it was BIOS password locked and I have tried another 4 laptops off the shelve but all of them were BIOS password locked. This is after buying the previous day another BIOS password locked laptop at Camden Cash Converters. Two full days of trying to simply get a security not compromised laptop. Travel fare costs added to the stress and now I am as a customer stuck with money on refund limbo and have to spend another few hours returning the first pc. Please be aware of this. Hope you have a better luck.

I've visited the store this week on several occasions to trade in some electrical equipment. The staff are very dedicated and have good knowledge. I had popped into the shop and found a device that I wanted but didn’t have a way to transport home - Jade was very warm and helpful, showing me how to order for delivery online. Once I had done so, my purchase was delivered promptly and well packaged. I had some difficulty operating the device and Jade’s replies to my emails were prompt and useful. I’m a happy customer and will return.
Visited Cash Converters to trade in some PS4 games. Really happy with service that I’ve received from Jack, he was really friendly and knowledgeable. If you want to trade things in you have to have an ID with you, it will be scanned and uploaded on to the system for future. The store is quite small but convenient. If you are a wheelchair user you might find it difficult to get in, as there is a one small step that you have conquer. Overall I am really pleased with everything.
