I went in to sell an old Nintendo switch and was greeted by Richard who couldn’t have been more friendly and also saved me a parking ticket. Kevin sorted out the sale who gave me a fair price and had a laid back charm. Can recommend and will be back
Apparently this is a good condition usable Meta Quest 3 (see pics), took me raising a complaint with customer services to get any response from the store, item now lost in return post so is a total loss because I wouldnt lose a days pay for a collection, I shouldn't of been sent this in the first place should I then return postage wouldn't of been an issue! Son's 16th birthday ruined will not use ever ever again shocking

I have to say that I really had such a great experience with Christina and Kevani at Cash Converters. Both of them were incredibly friendly, approachable, and really went out of their way to help me. For someone like me who suffers with anxiety, especially social anxiety I often struggle with managing with these kind of tasks without feeling overwhelmed but both of them took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress free. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want to make sure you leave happy. Each step of the process in store I was kept in the loop and I feel that its noteworthy to sagly It’s rare to come across staff who are both professional and warm at the same time, but Christina and Kevani definitely are. Huge thanks to them for the excellent service! You will definitely be seeing me again
excellent store. bought my new phone from here about a week ago. the manager, Chris, accepted my offer (7% off the listed price.) I collected the phone from the post office literally the next day (Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm.) the condition of the phone exceeded my expectations; the guy I spoke to on the phone had told me about 1 scratch on the screen, but in reality it was very minor. highly recommend this store. the best Cash Converters I have ever bought anything from.

Went looking for a speaker for a party, with low expectation of finding what I wanted, however a great array of speakers inc Bluetooth at very reasonable prices.
