I’m a costumer for more than 4 years of this store and I’ve been providing costumers all the time and I also know I’m entitled to a reward depending on my people loan I went for first time in 4 years to pick up my reward and they telling me first is expired I only can take it on the day they borrowed money but instead on that sheet they give me to fill up is saying that I can pick up cash anytime only after 6 months expires so first they tell me no then they asking the documentation of the person that I sent there while they can see the details on their sistem so guys avoid this store because they’re costumer service is really bad not even for one ⭐️

Bought a sale necklace to H & T forest gate and staff particularly Daisy and the manager Shah was so helpful, they even offered me to clean my on hand Jewellery and bring my damaged jewellery and they will fix for free. Such a kind and really lovely people. Highly recommended they have a lot of great and affordable jewellery on sale.
The new manager Shah is so friendly and helpful, also his colleague Janna is also really lovely. They both helped me choose a nice pair of earrings for my wife Birthday. Will defo go again.
