   Try to avoid at all costs .. very unprofessional staff and quite incompetent Went in for a gold chain verification and besides the fact that he didn’t verify the chain and the medallion in front of me ..the black guy managed to damage the chain (got the e chain back broken) and now I’m left with the cost of repair.. not a single apology or anything Rude and unprofessional..

   I would always recommend Maxcroft. We had an issue where we needed some jewellery valued for various reasons. From the point of contact to the appointment itself. Noam was very helpful and knowledgeable. The appraisal and the valuation was sent as promised and exactly how it was discussed.

They dealt with my transaction very quickly and explained each step clearly, letting me have time to think about what I wanted to do. There was no rushing to hurry up or anything like that.    Horrible staff who stereotype you based on a commodity you own against the colour of your skin.. All I have to say is karma has no time to stereotype..particularly when you are spiteful enough to throw a customers belongings down because of jealousy..it’s obvious that you all weren’t happy that I brought in such a high value item being who I am.. very poor service to say the least!

   If ever in doubt, never hesitate to entrust your prized possessions with a pawn service like MaxCroft. I wouldn’t have imagined finding myself having to turn to a pawn shop when a crisis arrived in my life but the decision to try turned out to be a worthwhile one. I received a clear and concise breakdown about how re-payments are managed whilst being affordable, the conditions that my items would be maintained and how to arrange a collection once the outstanding debt has been redeemed. Now, almost a year later I’ve finally collected my items in the same pristine state which they were left under. Thanks again John for always being understanding along with the rest of the great team at MaxCroft!
