Have been tattooed here a few times, by April Rose and by Stay Rotten. Very professional, great customer service and amazing tattoos. Healed perfectly and would highly recommend them. Shop is lovely too and was always made to feel very comfortable.

It’s a shame I am writing this, because I’ve had two previous tattoos here and I love them, however the professionalism is shocking. I was cancelled on each time I booked (on the day of my appointment as well, cancelled a few hours before), which was fine because people get ill sometimes. However, I got cancelled on again, the day of my booking, when I was meant to have my third tattoo. At first I was okay with this, although still annoyed because this had happened three times now, and asked if we could reschedule. However I didn’t hear anything back for days and then I realised I had a doctors appointment on the day I asked to reschedule to, so I asked for my deposit back instead. It has taken me way over a week with constant Instagram messages, emails and a phone call with no replies to get my deposit finally back, even though there was constant posts going up on your Instagram page of tattoos you were doing in the week. Unfortunately I will not be going back here again.
They've got a really nice set up, parking near by and close to a chemist Incase you need to get your aftercare stuff. There's also a shop nearby if you need to get anything. I had a six hour session that usually can drag but it flew by today. Really personable team and has a nice relaxed feel there but very professional at the same time. April offered great after care advice also. Will definitely be back! Had lots of great comments about my tattoo and it looks beautiful.

Unfortunately can't comment on the tattoo as never got that far. Appointment made and due to lockdown restrictions was cancelled. When owner posted about rebooking date was very hard to get hold of. I had three messages ignored (went on about 2 weeks). So next message was to ask for deposit back. Suddenly within the hour I was given a date. Come the morning of the appointment I received a message she was unable to tattoo and would refund deposit. Clearly had no intention of keeping my appointment. Was told I would receive deposit later that day. However again had to chase and received it 3 days later. Very unprofessional and would never ever use again
