   So, after arriving home from a different Burger King outlet to find my order was wrong (I ordered the burger without cheese and got it with cheese) I decided to let the first one slide and order a new one from just eat from this outlet. Lo and behold when it arrived it had cheese in it. I can't eat cheese. Nearly £25 down the drain because people can't do a simple job properly. Absolutely fuming!

   Went to grab a quick bit of lunch today at Burger King in Northcott with my mum. When we went in, most of the tables were dirty - which should have been our first indication to leave. We then ordered 2 meals, and despite being the only ones ordering at the time, the food took quite a long time to appear - approx 15 minutes. When we finally got our food, I quickly noticed that the bread of my meal was mouldy. My mum then checked hers, which was also mouldy. At nearly 7 months pregnant, this could have been very bad for my baby. The only saving grace was that the staff were willing to either refund me or give me a new meal straight away - but I wasn't risking another meal, as I was now doubtful of the kitchen's hygiene. I received my refund, but it has put me off returning here, and frankly off Burger King in general if this is their standard of food quality. I didn't really want to post a review, because I didn't want to put down the staff, but honestly as a safety hazard I needed to. If you eat at this establishment, make sure to clean down your table before eating, and check over your meal before digging in.

   Ordered a regular whopper meal, with no dressing and comes out fully dressed also overcharged me, menu said a regular meal is only £8.50 yet they charged me £9.79, I never realised the extra cost until I checked my bank balance later on in the day. I never got a chance to ask for a refund due to taking it being take away as I was in a rush if I had known sooner I'd have asked for a full refund

   By far, the slowest and worst burger king in N.I. Staff are ignorant, lazy, and can never get your order correct. The seating area is filthy and the staff have no interest in cleaning it

   This place is an absolute joke to say the least! Placed my order and stood waiting for 40 minutes before someone turned round and asked what my order was to then say it was going to be put on now, during this 40 minute wait 2 in particular staff members were chasing each other around and in and out through the back door tickling each other te heeing and laughing the same girl was then stood at the staff door with another girl who was in charge smoking her e ciggarette and kept shouting on one individual boy to do the work for her. Myself and 3 other customers demanded refunds

   Ordered 2 x whopper meals and asked for 3 x small king savers burgers, but told that they are not available anymore more. So, just got the 2 meals. I was called forward to pick up the order and was given 2 x whoppers, just burgers. When I said that my order was for whopper meals, she rolled her eyes and turned her back without a word being said. She then came back with chips and said "drinks". I asked for water, 2 bottles of water were set on the counter top, she turned away without a word! I said thats great, thanks very much,,,, not a word in return. The food, chips and burgers cold,,, really cold for the burgers. But the water was warm, most definitely hotter than the burgers. Service was shamefully poor. Food was well below the normal Burger King standard.

   Calling this bunch incompetent would be a compliment. My food order was a total of 8 items. 3 items were missing and of the 5 items I did recieve 2 were wrong. Avoid unless you like to be disappointed. Note to restaurant - TRAIN YOUR STAFF HOW TO PUT A FULL FOOD ORDER IN A BAG, ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!
