I have used the Gillingham branch for many years, the staff are always polite, friendly and very helpful, they always go above and beyond to give the best customer satisfaction, I have always recommended this branch to other people, 5 stars are totally and utmost deserved, If I could award more than 5 stars then I would do so.
I've visited this store numerous times, and each experience has been worse than the last. The staff are extremely unhelpful and lack basic customer service skills. On one occasion, I waited nearly two hours for a simple purchase. Additionally, the staff seem to have no idea how to use the metal testing equipment properly. When my partner exchanged euros for pounds and then wanted to convert them back shortly afterward, the manager accused him of money laundering, which was utterly inappropriate. The employees consistently make excuses for their poor service, and I'm genuinely surprised this store remains in business given their laziness and poor attitude.
Excellent prices some really good bargains. If u love Pandora they always get genuine charms in for really cheap. Excellent prices for pawning and best of all some really amazing and kind staff
I can’t praise this place enough! Took in some “scrap” jewellery to sell. I felt nervous as not been in before. They were amazing. Tammy looked after me as I’d she’d known me forever but without being over bearing. I was amazed with the price I got, but, beyond that the service I received was second to none. Highly highly recommended.
Went into store today to collect some dollars for our up coming holiday, both ladies that served me were very polite and helped me with what i needed, they was even able to give me some dollar bills instead of all big notes which is what I needed most, I will definitely use them agakn
Our lovely young lady called Amy helped me and my now fiancé choose the most beautiful ring. Can’t thank her enough for her help and advice and attention to our wants and needs.
