Website process was simple, selection and pictures of bouquets were great and easy to choose, and price was reflective or quality. The actual design of the bouquet was lovely and true to website, the flowers were fresh and full, and the packaging very robust yet lovely. And the (free) delivery was at around 8am so perfect to surprise my wife with the flowers over breakfast.
