I feel very grateful that I chose Van Arthur Florist Arthur for my wedding. Arthur listened carefully to my ideas in terms of colour scheme, the types of flowers I wanted / didn't want - as a result, the bride/bridesmaid bouquets, 2-foot flower spread and buttonholes turned exactly as I'd asked. Had a really lovely experience with Van Arthur recently! Thank you so much to Sri and the team for making a simple bridal bouquet for me on very short notice (2 days before the civil ceremony!) Sri was very happy to help when I called, and also suggested what would work best once I’d sent in some photos of my outfit and bouquet styles I liked. The final bouquet and matching buttonhole were perfect and even better than the photos I’d showed! Great place to buy flowers. I called from Canada and placed my order over the phone. The guy was very nice and processed my order very quickly. The flowers were delivered and the person loved them and said everything looked beautiful. I will definitely be using van Arthur moving forward for all my flower needs!
Very poor quality product. Bought two bouquets for £40 each. While they looked nice the flowers were dead in 2-3 days. Waitrose has better quality flowers at a much lower price. Excellent customer service following the feedback. Offered to replace the flowers when sent the photographic evidence. Would give five stars for this approach to customer service alone.
Amazing Service Great service and delivered before scheduled time. Service co-ordination is excellent.
