   Ordered a spray of flowers and lettering for my grandfathers funeral. Claudia made it so easy for others wishing to send flowers to contact her and order their wreaths straight to the funeral parlour. At a sensitive time, Claudia responded to my queries promptly and was so flexible with our family deciding exactly what we wanted at this hard time. Couldn't have asked for a better service and everyone who attended the funeral commented on how unique the flowers were, how beautifully arranged and how gorgeous they looked. Will definitely be using this service again every time I need flowers for any occasion!!

   Thanks again to the lovely florists that saved the day in making the most beautiful bridal bouquet. Few hours before the wedding, my fiancee called to say her bridal bouquet didn't arrive and asked if I could get one for her. In panic mode, I ran to On the Hill Flowers to get one. The florist thought I was crazy when I told her the wedding was in one hour, I was still in flip flops, t-shirt and shorts and had no clue about the colour, the style etc of the bouquet my fiancee wanted. In 15 minutes the bouquet was done which perfectly fits our wedding colours and theme and most of all my fiancee loved it.

   If I could give 0 stars I would. I just called them, as we've had a death in our family and as per Hindu culture we need a flower garland for the prayer ceremony. Before I could finish my sentence I was rudely told to stop. Reminded it's Christmas day and I was being an inconvenience by asking for help. Zero compassion and empathy.

   I looked on google the flower shops and I made my short list of the best shops. I called the best first 2 shops but they never answered my calls. Then I called ON THE HILL FLOWERS. They immediately picked up the phone. We could hear on the background they were very busy. It is important to clarify it was a Saturday around mid day. The manager very proactively made possible to squize in my order. He even accepted to delivery it on the same day. Once the flowers bouquet arrived, they were of a great quality and pretty well presented. Their customer satisfaction is one of the highest I have ever experienced from the 40 countries I visited. Fantastic service, trustworthy and superbe flowers bouquet execution. Thank you again!
