   Thank you Prasanna for arranging those wonderful bouquets for my grandfather’s funeral. The bouquets were very beautiful and we all appreciated the personalised hat-shaped bouquet that you created based on our discussions and photos. I found Prasanna to be very warm and accommodating, and had exactly the helpful attitude that is so appreciated at a tough time like this. I have since recommended Prasanna to close friends who have used her flower arrangements at a number of events.
