   I have used Jay several times now and the level of satisfaction each time has been nothing short of extraordinary. In all my years of using florists, she has set a new standard entirely. Her service quality, communication and sheer commitment to perfection place her in a league of her own. She consistently goes above and beyond at every stage and on every account. Jay is incredibly knowledgeable, effortlessly easy to work with and has an infectious energy that can brighten anyone’s day. That warmth carries through into her work, where the attention to detail, vibrancy and quality of the flowers are exceptional. The wow factor is immediate. Her arrangements transform a room, often becoming the talking point and the standout feature of any living space. The value is outstanding and the experience end-to-end is simply unmatched. I cannot recommend Flowers by Jay highly enough.

   Jay was absolutely fantastic. My family asked her to create a basket where we can put gifts such as saris and shirts in it and she created a masterpiece. It was so beautiful. Jay was so thoughtful and precise when creating it as we gave her complete freedom. We told her what we envisioned and she made it ten times better. Jay was amazing at taking our ideas and creating these gifts that were highly appreciated for by the recipients. Would a thousand percent go back to her and so should everyone else. Truly a wonderful person and a phenomenal florist. Thank you so much Jay. You are greatly appreciated.

   Jay created the most beautiful bridal bouquet for my wedding. We worked together on my brief and she executed it perfectly. I found it really helpful having a few phone calls to go over final details and Jay was super clear throughout. She delivered the flowers right on time on the morning of the event too which was helpful as I didn’t have to worry about storing them overnight! Would definitely recommend - she is a dream to work with and the bouquet speaks for itself!

   I had the most amazing experience with Flowers by Jay. I spoke to Jay at 11pm the night before I needed flowers for my mums birthday. And the service I got, was first class. I didnt know specifically what flowers i wanted but Jay said leave it to her. She kept in touch with timings, worked around me and had the most beautiful bunch of flowers waiting for me when I picked them up. I highlt would recommend Flowers by Jay to anyone.
