   10/10! I’d had some previous issues with a piercer getting my septum straight but Myles was incredible. They assessed my anatomy and adjusted the angle accordingly and I couldn’t be happier with how my septum piercing looks. I had Karissa (the manager) in the room with us as well and she was super bubbly and helpful. I knew I was in good hands with these two! An all round smooth, comfortable and lovely experience. Thanks again!

   What a great experience we had in Blue Banana Bristol. Firstly Emily who served us was super bubbly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the piercing services on offer. Then Gaia pierced my daughter’s belly button, who offered a very calm, professional and reassuring service. Her advice regards the right type of jewellery and after care was thoroughly appreciated. Was very reasonably priced and the team’s Halloween make up was awesome too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

   Came in really distraught and anxious about my piercing bump, I really didn’t want to let go of my piercing. The team were so sweet and understanding with me. Arlo kindly gave me some options whilst carefully helping me sort out my problem and reassured me that I would be fine. In the end I was beyond fine, I was so thankful!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ARLO!!    Had 3 piercings today, a rook and 2nd and 3rd lobes, and it was a lovely experience. I was advised well on the jewellery for my piercings and didn’t feel rushed when I was being indecisive over the selection I could choose from. Finch was my piercer and instantly put me at ease. They clearly explained to process and what they were doing every step of the way. They chatted with me the whole time which took my mind off of the peircings. I am so pleased with the results.    Went into the Bristol Branch today to have help swapping out a troubled nose piercing into a plastic bar as I am preparing for an upcoming MRI. Szandra was amazing , patient and helpful managing to remove the bar that had sunken into my nose and replace with one that was needed for now. Thank you again. Amazing x

   Great earlobe piercing experience. Was my second earlobe piercings and my sister's first, and Szandra was lovely. She was caring, precise and gentle. The piercing room was like a small medical room, very clean and everything was sterile, with an examination table to lie down on if need be. My sister was very nervous, but Szandra looked after her, made sure she was hydrated and also cleaned her up when we had to come back a few minutes later due to a bit of additional bleeding. Would definitely recommend this place for piercings. Thanks Szandra.

   I had a nose piercing done here today, this is my second one on the other side of my nose and i decided impulsively! Booked right there and then, told there would be a 10-15 min wait and was like 5 mins! I think the piercer was by the name of Bear? If i saw correctly and they were lovely! So well done and lined up with my other piercing and was done very quickly! Highly recommend, bought a kitty tshirt too ^^ Overall great experience as my first proper look around and the staff are lovely! Thanks so much i’ll definitely be back!

   great place to get piercing easy quick piercing. wait time is good depending on the time and what day if the week you go. i’ve only ever waited longest of 15 minutes. it’s also the customer’s responsibility to keep on top of cleaning a piercing i don’t think people should blame the piercer, it’s also how the body heals it everyone is different. i had sanzdra who did my helix and bear who did my daith, both professional and nice people who are there to help x
