   Isabelle was so kind, so skilled in helping people relax and incredibly patient with my anxious 11 year old having her ears pierced...I'm not sure my daughter would have let anyone else do it. She gently talked and demo-run the process many times, not piercing until my daughter gave clear consent. Single-use needles used so very hygienic.

   I've been here for 7 of my 14 piercings and it was the best, most relaxing experience ever. i had a problem with my rook and my septum and she was quick to help out. so kind, calming, clean, helpful and definitely relaxes my nerves further even though i struggle to speak to strangers, but it's so easy to explain where i want things. i also went from feeling very faint to feeling fine, she made me a warrior. will always come back, 10/10.
