   Most of the staff at Clear Day Nurseries (Upper Newtownards) were truly lovely always kind, welcoming and smiling. However, there was one staff member called Jen who, in my honest opinion, is not suitable for working with young children. One morning I arrived earlier than usual and saw how she was changing my son. She placed him directly on the floor where everyone walks in and out with dirty shoes, and she pulled his T-shirt off so roughly that I was afraid she might hurt his arm. It was really upsetting to see. I never made a complaint at the time because I’m a very sensitive person, but it stayed with me. I could never feel comfortable leaving my son there again at least not while that staff member remains. It’s a real shame, because the rest of the team were genuinely wonderful and clearly care about the children.
