    I called this morning at very short notice but wasn’t able to get my choice online, this was due to the fact you have to call the day before with your order. I was recommended by one of the staff a really lovely guy about a colourful vibrant tropical bouquet. They were delivered within 1 hour and I wasn’t disappointed, they were stunning and the recipient thought they were beautiful.

    I had told them that I have been looking everywhere for these flowers to go on my customers wedding cake. I couldn’t find them and that they had it. Me saying that, they triple charged me. I won’t describe the lady as they will know exactly who I am and who I’m talking about. The other two ladies smiled and giggled at eachother when the lady was over charging me. Due to the desperation of the situation, I paid it. I wish I hadn’t and I wish I had just walked away. It’s the littlest things when it comes to customer service. Try to not scam your customers in future.
