   Got my toddler ear piercing they tell you not to get the cheap one as it can cause infection so paid over £50 for gold plated studs and they're so cheap one come out and now they tell me I have to pay again for them to so it again waste of money and I will contacting them for a refund.

   Had my daughter’s ears pierced on Saturday. She woke up with one of the earring missing the stone on Sunday morning. After paying £60 I did not expect this to happen. My daughter is highly disappointed that she needs to wear the earring with just the pointy metal left. I had to drive 20 miles to get back to the shop today to receive a not very nice response from a girl. I am very unhappy with the quality and service. Really overpriced and bad service to customers. Find somewhere else to have your daughters ears pierced if you still can. Such a bad memory for a once in a life time experience for my little one.

   Ended up waiting over 10mins to pay for a £5 item. Not the first time either here waiting ages in a line to pay. It shouldn't be this difficult to buy a cheap item!!

   Very rude staff member. A queue was waiting at the till for over 10 minutes while there were two members of staff and very few customers in the shop. When one lady let a member of staff know there were people waiting, she was snapped at. Totally unnecessary. Won't shop there again.

   Yes they are expensive 100% agree but reading other people's posts saying they wouldnt tell you prices and weren't helpful etc is bull. Yes they gave a price range but if you ask they look on the back of the board of earrings which you're welcome to do aswell and tell you each individual price for said earring of choice. Woman that done my daughters ears was so patient as my daughter was nervous and was constantly talking to her and reassuring her with every step. Then another woman came out to do both ears together and she was just as patient and polite with my girl. I even asked for a mark placed on one ear to be moved as I thought it was slightly out and the woman happily done this with no issue at all. Maybe people should learn to treat people how you expect to be treated and you will get same in return. We really didnt want to use Claire's due to such poor reviews but I would definitely use them again.
