   This was our second time booking Lilac & Willow for our festive workshop, and once again we had such a lovely evening. Zoe was warm, bubbly, and guided us through every step so we could all make beautiful wreaths we were proud of. The whole session was relaxed, creative and really enjoyable.    Look no further for the most gorgeous flowers and the best customer experience! I can’t recommend Lilac and Willow enough and Zoe, their events manager, is simply incredible and was a pleasure to work with. We actually started out with a different florist booked for our wedding, but as the months went on, we just didn’t feel confident that our vision was being understood. With just two months to go, we made the decision to change florists and reached out to Lilac and Willow, which was the best decision we could have made. From the very first conversation with Zoe, she completely understood what we wanted which instantly put us at ease, and worked with us to achieve our vision within our budget and tight timeline. On the day itself, the flowers were beyond anything I could have imagined. Truly breathtaking and like my Pinterest board had come to life, but somehow better. The bouquets, the arrangements, the table settings - every single detail was perfect and so thoughtfully created. So many of our guests commented on how stunning the flowers were, and I loved that friends and family were able to take them home to enjoy afterwards. Zoe is not only incredibly talented, but also great to deal with – creative, calm, accommodating and so passionate about what she does. She turned what could have been a very stressful situation into the most wonderful experience, and genuinely brought our dream to life. We are SO pleased that we chose Lilac and Willow for our wedding flowers and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you’re looking for flowers that are unforgettable and full of love, with an amazing creative team behind them, you couldn’t be in better hands. We are eternally grateful!

   I truly cannot recommend Lilac & Willow more. They are my go-to for every occasion and are always so lovely and helpful. Today they made the most incredible bouquet for my friend who got engaged and couldn’t have been more helpful in the process and I mean the bouquet speaks for itself!! Completely stunning, my friend was blown away as was I!!!

   I ordered the flowers for my wedding in April 2025 from Lilac and Willow and I would highly recommend their services. The wedding was in Herefordshire and they were so helpful regarding packaging the flowers and discussing how best to facilitate the transport of the flowers to the venue. We discussed having a mix of spring colours and the flowers they made were so stunning and better than I could have dreamed of! A special thank you to Ellie, Zoe and Amy who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I am still waiting for the professional photos but have attached some photos of the flowers (which do not really do them justice!) xx

   I've ordered quite a few flower arrangements from Lilac & Willow over the past few years and have always been impressed by the quality & freshness of the flowers, the thoughtfulness with which the arrangements are put together and the friendly staff. The prices may be a little higher than average, but in my opinion, well worth it. Without exception, the various recipients have been delighted every time. Easy to recommend when you want great quality.

   Lilac & Willow provided our wedding flowers and we’re so glad we found them! Zoe was so incredible at helping us choose flowers to suit the theme (and budget) of our wedding, and during the wedding weekend she was fantastic in setting the displays up beautifully, as well as helping us with creations we were attempting to do ourselves! All the foliage and flower arrangements exceeded our expectations and looked just as beautiful at the end of the day as they did at the start. Would highly recommend.
