   Absolutely amazing service from beginning to end. I needed a bouquet as a surprise birthday present for a friend. I had never done this before, so I explained everything to Louise. She listened to everything I said and carefully explained everything to me, making sure I knew exactly how much I'd be spending. (I'm on the Autistic Spectrum, so it's important I know all the fine details). We arranged the order on the Friday, and I was allowed to make the payment the following week. My friend received her flowers at work and she was absolutely blown away! They were beautiful, too, and still going strong a couple of weeks later. Thanks again :)

   We ordered flowers for my sister's funeral that took place on Monday. They were absolutely stunning. I requested 6 or 7 different flowers and asked for as many to be included as was possible, obviously due to availability. There was only one that wasn't. The resulting casket spray was superb. Everyone commented on how beautiful and colourful it was. I can't thank Heaven Scent enough for all their help and guidance when you so want to get it right. The pictures posted here give you some idea, but they honestly don't do them justice. We are just so pleased we chose them to do our flowers.
