   I was extremely impressed with the way that Sam explained everything in a very professional manner when I went into to enquire about having my nose pierced , I decided to have it done there and then and I can honestly say that I didn’t feel any discomfort at all and the reassurance that Sam gave me made feel relaxed and calm . Sam is a real credit to this business and I would definitely recommend her for her piercing knowledge ,skill and her lovely nature . I will be returning .

   I went to this shop to get my first ever piercings and they made me feel very safe and calm about getting them done as everyone was nice. The woman who pierced my ears, Sam, was lovely and talked me through the whole process and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. She explained how the earrings and the actual piercing worked, described what the piercing would feel like before and after, felt my ears and made sure that the placement of the piercing would not cause any lasting damage, showed me the placement she chose beforehand to check that I liked them, and recommended multiple after-care options. The shop also gave out a form with additional information on taking care of new piercings. This was all very good for me personally because I had a lot of anxiety surrounding getting my ears pierced but the way I was informed of all of this throughout the whole session really calmed my nerves. I came back twice for check-ups and Sam explained how she checked if they had healed yet. On the second visit, my ears had healed and she helped me take them out and replace them with some really cute Halloween earrings I picked out from the shop. She explained how the different backings of each earring worked and how to put them on, which was extremely helpful. Overall, 10/10 experience that made me feel more confident. The backroom that I was pierced in was very sterile and safe, and the piercer was very thorough. I fully recommend this shop for anyone looking to get a piercing.
