used them to clean gutters. the first 'trial' visit was thorough, professional & used specialist equipment unavailable, or at least uneconomical, for domestic use. the guy took his time with a telescopic vacuum & this improved water flow after a period of neglect. however, on subsequent visits, a simple telescopic hook was used for perhaps 5 minutes total (if I'm being generous) which just drags accumulated debris around & was done roughly enough to damage my gutter, making it leak. for this, they charged close to £100 (for which you could just about buy a telescopic pole & gutter cleaning tool). basically a bait & switch - a good, thorough job for the 'trial' & a poor, rushed one thereafter. i assume that the other google reviews are fake or predate a change in business practice.
