   Excellent service yesterday. I had purchased a bunch of flowers last week that turned out to be disappointing. I was provided a replacement bouquet free of charge despite not having brought a receipt or other proof of purchase.

   Ordered flowers online 10 days ago for the funeral of a dear friend but to my disappointment the posy was not delivered. My daughter rang the florist to see if the flowers had been positioned somewhere else at the crematorium but they could find no trace of the order and promised to call back. No call was received so my daughter rang again and as the funeral was now over asked for a refund. They said they would ring and email later. Still no word from the shop. I rang the following day and was told someone would ring me after a few hours. Still nothing. I rang again and finally spoke to the manager who said she couldn't understand what had happened to the order and was very sorry. By now a refund had been sent through. I am so disappointed that a florist cannot be relied upon to deliver flowers on such an important and emotional day. I was going to split my money between flowers and a charity donation so now I've received a refund the charity will receive it all.
