   From the moment of contacting ProMax, you feel as if they are caring for their customers. The initial response to our eqnuiry was prompt and the provision of a quote was within hours. The work was planned to be carried out within a few days. On the day, the team arrived on time, were polite and very friendly. They worked hard to complete the job. They cleaned up all the debris from the roof, the gutters and the ground and removed it from site. They also ensured that the windows, soffets and guttuers were clean. An excellent job and would gladly recommend them if you have need of their services.

   From my first e-mail about cleaning the render, soffits and fascias at the front of my house, communication was really clear and all my questions answered.    Matt and the team were absolutely brilliant from beginning to end, I would highly recommend Promax Shine to anyone looking to get bird proofing for solar tile and for any cleaning. We recently found that pigeons had started to next under our solar panels and the team were just wonderful from the moment we booked they were able to provide detailed quotes and booking was super easy. The bird proofing installed looks fantastic they also cleaned the solar panels to an incredibly high standard. I also got a quote for getting our garden tiles cleaned at the same time and I'm so glad I did as they are looking incredible. The quality of the cleaning of our solar panel and garden tiles was so good they looked brand new again!

   Matt provided a detailed quotation after explaining all aspects of the work involved. Thoroughly professional in approach and took care to ensure that the severe Winter weather didn't cause problems. We chose the full service of a manual scrape of moss etc and then a steam clean. It was necessary to delay applying the Biocide for a few days whilst awaiting a dry period to make sure it wasn't washed away. We now have a house roof that looks brand new and not over 40 years old. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of ProMax Shine

   From our initial conversation through to job completion it's been a pleasure to deal with Matt @ ProMax and we're really pleased with the results of our roof clean. 14 years from New Build and it was covered in moss which was then filling up the gutters and blocking the downpipes, not to mention how unsightly it was, but you don't realise just how bad it was until you see the 'before' and 'after' photos!    A great job done by the guys at ProMax Shine. My roof was very badly covered in moss. It was a dirty job but the clean up operation was amazing. The roof looks great, my windows and paving were all cleaned and everything was left clean and tidy. Communication from Matt was excellent throughout and they could not have worked harder or been more helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
