   Black and Cooke are absolutely amazing wonderful service and do exactly what you ask for and the young lady who works there Tammy is so professional and patient i can't speak highly enough of her she's brilliant at her job. My friend who I had the bouquet sent to was so happy with it the exact colours i requested and beautifully presented. I am so impressed.    Ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered for my brother and sister in laws Wedding Anniversary. Paid a lot for them as we ordered from South Africa for them to be delivered to UK. Unfortunately the bouquet they received looked nothing like the advertised bouquet on the website which was a bit disappointing. But the service was very quick and efficient. Especially for same day service.

   In January, flowers were ordered in advance through Kelly of Mill Hill funeral directors for my father-in-laws funeral. On the day before, I was asked if I could order another funeral posie, so I rang Black & Cooks to see if they could make up this last-minute order. The lady I spoke to was so polite & accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, especially during such a difficult time for us. The posie & other wreaths were delivered directly to the funeral directors. More recently, I needed to buy flowers for a presentation, so I went back to Black & Cooks as I knew I would receive the best quality 'Hand Tied' flowers at an amazing price. This time, I ordered them myself online, which was so easy to do. I will also add that their delivery service is 'second to none'. I asked for the Hand Tied flowers to be delivered before 12 noon, they were delivered before 9am, this in my book is exceptional service. I would definitely recommend Black & Cooks every time. If I could give more stars, I would. ✨️

   I ordered a large Christmas bouquet for my aunt who is in an assisted living in Elstree/Borehamwood. Black and Cook was a delight to work with--a lovely selection of flowers to choose from online, an easy ordering process for this American who was doing it all online, and then prompt delivery and an email letting me know it had been delivered. My aunt says the flowers are absolutely gorgeous and are quite popular with the other residents too :)

   Recently, we gifted my sister-in-law a same day bouquet from Black and Cook. The Raspberry Ripple bouquet arrived on time for her birthday, but was quite simple compared to the online description. We sent a message to them expressing our dissatisfaction with the arrangement. They promptly apologized explaining they didn't have the same foliage available and offered to send a free replacement worthy of their reputation. The Calypso bouquet she received four days later was much nicer than the previous arrangement. Fresh, beautiful and festive to usher in the holidays. Just as described online. We appreciated their professionalism, respect for customers and willingness to make things right. We would definitely use their services again.
