It was Sheba's first visit, She can become a little agitated when she is being groomed sometimes; it went very well. She looks so much better with her coat clipped. I really like the location , which is in central Saltash. I managed to get a booking at short notice , the cost was lower than expected. I would definitely recommend.
I have used Alexis and Caroline at Distinction Dog Grooming in Saltash for over 2 years now for my spaniel. Very experienced and knowledgeable ladies who know everything there is to know about how to keep your pooches in tip top condition. I would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting a regular groomer for your dogs. ⭐️

When I phoned to book my dog in, I was asked breed, size and what I wanted done. I was told £12.50, although "maybe a little more" . I just got stung for £30. The only reason they didn't get 1 star was due to my being happy with the job done.
I took my dog Molly in this morning to have her nails clipped. The girls were absolutely lovely with her and I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much :)

Awful experience, my dog was not happy at all his behaviour was really odd and scared when leaving he couldn't wait to get out the door which was weird because he's usually over happy and loves people. He wouldnt go near anyone after and was really jumpy. Someone came up to me recently and they had the same experience with their dog. Will not be taking my dog back and I hope others don't. Took a while to get his behaviour back to normal. Not happy
I and my Cairn Terrier Bailey have been loyal customers for several years now. I've tried others and keep going back to Distinction Dog Grooming. They really look after Bailey, and he always looks great after a visit. They're even worth the extra Tamar Bridge fee I have to pay to visit them.
