unfortunately the bouquet that I ordered didn't match the picture online and furthermore the roses in the bouquet were almost dead - only lasting barely 2 days. They did phone to say that they didn't have the bouquet requested, however the dead flowers meant that the bouquet wasn't worth the price I paid for it.
The bouquet of roses that I chose on their website was not the same when the order was delivered. Why do they put pictures that are different from the reality? I prefer not to deal with them again.

I have ordered flowers couple of times from this company for mothers day and other occasions. I was really happy with the assorted selected and attention getting for getting dry and fresh flowers. Very reasonably priced and phenomenal customer service. They offer advise if you really don't know what you suits your occasion. The delivery for all the orders were perfect.
