   On initial contact, Beth is very good, very responsive and efficient. I have an HMO with 4 beds and communal areas, so Beth/Company did an inspection and agreed on 2 hours of cleaning to communal areas on a fortnightly basis. My previous cleaner did exactlyt the same hours and frequency and the house was in tip top condition. I was billed for the first clean which was for 2 hours. The cleaner did not do a 2 hour clean and when I raised this with Beth she spoke with the cleaner who stated she was there for two hours. I informed Beth that I had CCTV footage as proof, she contacted the cleaner who then lied to her but the CCTV was indisputable so she had to come clean (no pun intended)!. Invoice was amended and I trusted them when they said it wouldn't happen again. This cleaner eventually left the business and I was assigned a new cleaner. My Letting Agent did an inspection a few months after NWC stated and sent me photos of the state of the place but mainly the upstairs bathroom which was absolutely disgraceful. It did not look like it had been cleaned in weeks/months properly. I raised this with Beth and this was sorted out but not before I was then told that 2 hours a fortnight wasn't enough time and was too much for her cleaner. I suggested that perhaps two cleaners attended so that it wasn't so much for one person and Beth stated that they did not offer this service. I stated that it was enough time for the other cleaners so we continued on. However, the replacement cleaner then left. I found another cleaning company who wanted to see the property before committing and I had a report back on the condition of the cleaning, or rather lack of. I decided to do an inspection to see exactly what the condition of the property was like. The cleaner clearly had not been doing all that was agreed. The bathroom was disgraceful again, the floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned in months, cobwebs around the ceilings, light pendants, around the skirting boards, on the skirting boards, bathroom window internally was filthy, the shower screen which was clear glass hadn't been cleaned in so long it was almost opaque with limescale, the list goes on. I raised all this with Beth but to no avail, was not remotely interested in accountability. Beth tried blaming the fact that the cleaner left at the end of May and the property hadn't been cleaned since but the condition of the place was such that it wasn't for the past few weeks of not being cleaned, the cleaner they employed just hadn't been doing her job properly at all for months hence the terrible condition. I have before and after photos of her cleaner looking after the property and there really is no comparison. The next cleaner I employ to do this will be someone who is hands on and actually does the cleaning, not a company who employs cleaners whom they don't know and clearly do not manage properly. I cannot load photos as the server rejects them no matter what file extension they are saved as.

   OK but communication needs to improve. Cleaners not turning up when scheduled and not informing us of changes and had to keep chasing to rearrange for a new cleaner when we weren't happy with the service we had received. Unfortunately they weren't consistent enough to us. It took over a week for our key to be returned to us when we decided to move to another company.

   Janet and beth have been coming to clean for us since the new year. They are always on time and do a great job. Following a pause for covid19 they are now back with us taking all the necessary precautions. Everything runs as smooth as before and we are really grateful for the reliable and stress free service.

   Very good service, Janet and Beth were very professional and communication along the way was nice and easy. Our deep clean was booked in quickly and without hassle. Janet and Beth came to meet us first to discuss what we wanted and everything was completed as we wanted plus a few extras. Really happy with the result from a professional and friendly company.
