I had an amazing experience at Flower Station. The service was outstanding, especially from Samip, who went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect flowers. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was just right. The quality of the flowers was excellent and beautifully arranged.
Fabulous Christmas tree, cannot recommend enough and it was a fraction of the price and as good (if not better) than the £80+ ones I've bought in previous years. I only ordered from Flower Station as I wanted a cheaper option (bought my tree late on 22nd December, so an £80 one seemed silly) that would come quickly. I had low expectations given I couldn't select the tree in person but it was a lovely tree and taller than advertised (I ordered a 5 ft one and this was over 5'6) and very bushy and even branch distribution. Free same day delivery with tracking was the cherry on top. Will buy from Flower Station from now on.
I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers as gifts for teachers at our school. This was last minute & requested same day delivery. I spent just under £100 for both bouquets and one bouquet was decent whilst the other was very poor. It had visibly dead and shrivelled flowers so I tried to pick them out to make the bouquet look a bit attractive. Very disappointing as there was nothing I could do to replace them at that late hour. Also, I left a review with photos on their website and they discarded the review about the bad bouquet and only published the review about the other bouquet. That’s why I’m posting my review here. I would not recommend.
I come here once a week to select my flowers for the week throughout my home, and I must say that the selection and professionalism and creativity makes me come back every single time. The best part is they’re always open and I love making my way to this place every time after midnight, regardless of the time the flowers are always in amazing conditions, and a perfect place to come if you forget about getting flowers at an odd time! Iris, bless you for being so creative with me and always trying out different bouquets each time!
I'm from Melbourne, Australia and wanted to send my partner, who is currently in the UK, a bouquet of "The Divine" flowers and wow, they were absolutely stunning! Fresh, vibrant, not a single petal or the box was damaged, and they arrived to him at exactly 11:23am. I honestly couldn't be happier with Flower Station. I was a little nervous because of some of the reviews I'd read, but my experience was flawless. Thank you so much for making it so easy and for bringing so much joy to both of us!
I had asked for our fishbowl and tall vases to be filled with sustainable reusable materials to use for our events - they created a beautiful autumn arrangement with twigs, cinnamon sticks, dried fruits and fairy lights. They completely met our requirements and delivered a very smooth service. Thank you!
Rather disappointing flowers for Mother’s Day. Had ordered a couple of times from them and received decent flower bouquets. However, my wife and I were left rather disappointed by both the quality and the quantity of flowers which she received for £50 (see pictures). Despite receiving a prompt response from their customer service (which was very friendly and efficient), the company stated that “There are 2 roses which are not absolutely fresh but please keep in mind these are flowers. Any change in temperature, even being in the delivery vehicle can affect their freshness. Treated the right way the flowers would last longer.” However, the company offered no refund or other form of compensation. A shame really.
I arrived at Flower Station no more than two hours ago to collect a bouquet of 50 red roses. I was unsure of what to expect as it was my first time going to the branch but I was met by an amazing and outstanding team. Everyone was welcoming and extremely helpful, and despite the bad weather the team were in high spirits. The bouquet of flowers I collected however left me overwhelmed and speechless, so it meant my partner definitely enjoyed them. Due to all of the above, 5/5 stars was an easy choice and I’ll definitely be ordering again
The flowers were ordered for for my daughters wedding. They were always keen to ensure the flowers to be delivered were suitable, and conformed to our wishes. I am delighted to say that they were exactly that. They were delivered on time. The flowers were impressive and simply beautiful. Great job by the team which added substantially to my daughters special day. Thank you so much.
