Needing flowers sent quickly to a family member who lives in Tufnell Park, I phoned Olympia and an excellent bouquet was delivered that afternoon, for a modest charge.
I recently ordered a bouquet through Uber, but the order was completely incorrect—half the flowers were missing, the color was wrong, and the arrangement was in poor condition. I understand that mistakes can happen, especially on a busy day, but what truly disappointed me was the response from the store. When I called to address the issue, the receptionist was unbelievably rude—raising her voice, speaking harshly, and dismissing me with, "Can't you realize It’s Uber, we can’t help," before abruptly hanging up. A little professionalism and courtesy would have made all the difference. This experience was beyond frustrating, and if I could give a negative rating, I absolutely would.
Alex at Olympia flowers made the most beautiful bouquets, button holes and table flowers for our wedding. Alex was so receptive to our ask and crafted something very beautiful from relatively meagre and not concrete instructions and requests from us. He had magazines/instagram examples and photos to help us refine our ask and we were completely delighted with the end result - for very reasonable costs. Thoroughly recommend!

Overpriced flowers, terrible quality and nasty customer service ever. It was only after I had looked at the reviews online that I realised I was not the only one. The owner clearly cannot take responsibility for the quality and service of their shop and are quick to deny these opinions instead of addressing them. The only redeeming quality of this flower shop is the location and quickness, maybe too quick. The staff showed zero friendliness and empathy. I would recommend Natasha’s flowers by Kentish Town train station, the staff there is friendly and will chat/banter with you, as well as reasonable prices and fresher flowers, I’ve gotten anniversary, birthday, apology and housewarming flowers there and always came out happy unlike this place.
My order should be delivered yesterday but it came today with very stale roses. Actually very disappointed with your product and service, destroying my anniversary.
I really dont know where to start , let’s just say dont rely on this place to deliver your flowers on the day you have ordered them for they will lie and say they did deliver then old flowers turn up to the recipient on the Sunday this is the day after they were suppose to be delivered!! They been rolling around in a 3rd party persons car since Saturday !!!! Bad attitude , bad service , bad quality ! Steer clear I notice the owner has commented that I have never been a customer and that I got it wrong !!!! I think he has got it wrong , not the first time he has said this to a customer giving him 1 star …
Wonderful personal service, with a beautiful bouquet delivered punctually. I ordered by telephone from a different country to be delivered locally in Camden and am more than satisfied. Great attention to detail, the note, the glorious arrangement, even sending me a photo of the flowers by email with the receipt. Most importantly, the recipient of these flowers was very very happy! I chose Olympia because of the reviews that I read here, and now am pleased to leave my own for others to know of this lovely shop with stunning flowers. Wholeheartedly recommend!
